At Sol Bear Scrubs, we want you to feel comfortable and confident in your scrubs.

Refunds

• We only offer refunds for items that are faulty or defective.

• If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll make it right!
   

Exchanges

• We are happy to offer exchanges for sizing.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.

• Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
   

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@solbearscrubs.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if faulty). We’ll guide you through the process.
