At Sol Bear Scrubs, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read below for all shipping details.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note: During peak times, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred delivery method.

Free shipping is available on orders over $150 AUD.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and rates vary by country and will be shown at checkout.
Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely, once a parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is outside of our control.
If your parcel is delayed or missing, please contact Australia Post directly and notify us so we can assist where possible.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We can’t be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Pre-Orders

If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once the item becomes available. Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page.
